Acceptance of Terms
By downloading and using the App, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not download or use the App.
Subscription
The App offers a yearly subscription option. The yearly subscription is billed automatically and renews unless canceled. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the App in any way that is illegal, harmful, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Warranties and Representations
The App is provided "as is" and we make no warranty or representation, either express or implied, as to its use.
Disclaimer of Liability
We are not responsible for harm or loss you may experience in connection with using the App, including loss of profit, data, goodwill, or other indirect or direct damages.
